On Saturday 9 February, the Victory Hall Trustees present Mamma Mia – Here we Go Again!  Doors open 7pm for a 7.30pm start. Tickets are £4 each. Arrive early to avoid disappointment.  Bring Your Own drinks and snacks.

On Saturday 19th January St Martins are having their ever popular quiz night.  Starts 7am. £5 per person to include a light supper. 

The evening of music and poetry being organised by a number of groups who support peace and disarmament on Saturday 26 January has had to be cancelled by the organisers due to low interest. 

On Saturday 26 January a number of groups who support peace and disarmament will gather at The Victory Hall Exminster for an evening of music and poetry. The Quakers, Stop the War Coalition, Campaign for Nuclear Disarmament, environmentalists and others will perform songs and poems of freedom and justice in a friendly atmosphere.  Everyone is welcome; there is no admission charge but donations will be welcomed. Refreshments, a raffle and an auction of art will also feature throughout the event which starts at 7.30 pm. At the Trustee Meeting on  18 June,  the new Victory Hall Health & Safety Risk Assessment was approved.  It may be found  here.

The Annual General Meeting of the Exminster  Victory Hall Trust was held on  Tuesday 15 May 2018.  The outgoing Chairman’s report can be found here.  This and the accounts for the past year are available to view on the Hall’s notice board.  The Meeting elected Marie Justice, Miriam Smith, Sara Parfitt, Carole Smith and Caroline Aird as Community Trustees.  Kevin Smith and Josie Walledge continue as Council appointed Trustees.

At the first meeting of the new Trustees on 15 May 2018, they  adopted a new Data Protection Policy so that the Victory Hall is compliant with the General Data Protection Regulation.   This can be viewed here.
